Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, provided that the product is returned to us within 2 weeks of order date, in a saleable condition, and with required documentation.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt, providing relevant items are in stock.

Making a Return

If you want to return a product to us for refund or replacement, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply complete the online Returns Form. You will then receive a confirmation via email. Occasionally this confirmation does not reach your inbox due to your security settings, so please print a copy of your completed Returns Form as a precaution.

Include a copy of the confirmation or your completed Returns Form along with a copy of the original sales invoice and the item(s) in a satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

Please ensure that you enclose all required documentation with the item to be returned.

 


Refunds

HoldMyPhone will credit your credit card or PayPal, whatever method was used for the original payment. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return.

If you have received:

  • a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs;
  • a product that you no longer wish to purchase or that you ordered incorrectly, only the product cost can be refunded.
